I bought an original bracelet 4 years ago for my mom with her current grandchildren at the time. I recently had 2 strands added for the last 2 grandchildren that have been born. I followed the instructions for adding strands and it worked flawlessly. They did have some questions and actually e-mailed me directly once they received the original bracelet back from me. They made it bigger for me and kept the original clasp but there was an option to change it. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and it's absolutely gorgeous! My mom is going to love it! Highly recommend this company!
